At Levant Fashions, we create customizable apparel designed around your individual style. This policy explains our shipping costs, order processing, delivery estimates, and shipping support.

Shipping Destination

We offer shipping within Germany.

Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping within Germany is available on all eligible orders, provided this matches the shipping rates shown at checkout. No standard shipping charge will be added to eligible orders.

Order Processing Time

Processing time: 1–3 business days.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Processing includes order verification and preparation or production of the ordered apparel.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.

If a customization detail needs clarification, processing may take longer. We will contact you if necessary.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated transit time: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Estimated total time: approximately 4–10 business days from the order date, excluding weekends and public holidays.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of carrier disruptions, public holidays, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

These estimates must reflect our actual production and shipping arrangements.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order. Tracking information will be provided by email when it is available from the shipping carrier.

Shipping Address

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Contact us promptly at info@levantfashions.com if you notice an error. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production or dispatch has started.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact us with your order number. We will assist you in investigating the shipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or differs from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and relevant photographs. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution under applicable law.
