Refund policy

At Levant Fashions, we want you to understand your options if you wish to withdraw from a purchase, return an eligible product, or report a problem with an order.

1. Right of Withdrawal

For eligible online purchases by consumers in Germany, you generally have 14 days from receiving the goods to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

To exercise this right, email info@levantfashions.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. Include your order number where possible.

2. Personalized and Customized Products

Products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where the legal requirements are met.

This exception does not automatically apply to every made-to-order product. It also does not remove your statutory rights if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

3. Returning Eligible Products

Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide the relevant instructions.

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

Unless the goods are defective or incorrect, or we have agreed otherwise, the customer bears the direct cost of returning goods when permitted by law and where this responsibility has been properly disclosed.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact info@levantfashions.com and provide:

• Your order number.

• A description of the issue.

• Photographs of the product and packaging, where relevant.

We will assess the issue and explain the next steps. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund.

5. Refunds

Where a refund is due, we will process it in accordance with applicable law.

For a valid withdrawal, refunds will generally be made without undue delay and within the applicable legal deadline. Where permitted by law, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed. No refund fee will be charged.

Where legally required, the refund includes the standard delivery cost paid for the original order. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery option may not be refundable.

The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or bank.

6. Order Cancellations

If you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@levantfashions.com.

Customized orders may enter production shortly after purchase, so cancellation cannot be guaranteed once production or dispatch has begun. This does not limit any statutory rights that apply.

7. Exchanges

If you want another size, colour, or design, contact us to discuss available options. Exchanges for customized products may not always be possible. Your statutory rights concerning defective or incorrectly supplied products remain unaffected.
