1. What does Levant Fashions sell?
We offer customizable apparel, including T-shirts and other clothing designs, so customers can express their individual style.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders delivered within Germany, provided this is reflected in the shipping options at checkout.
3. How long does order processing take?
Our estimated order processing time is 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
4. How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch. Including processing, the estimated total time is approximately 4–10 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delays can occur, so these times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
5. Can I customize my T-shirt?
Customization options depend on the product. Available choices and any required text or design information will be shown on the relevant product page.
6. Can I cancel an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel. Customized orders may enter production quickly, so cancellation may not always be possible once production or dispatch has started. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
7. Can I return a customized product?
Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where the legal requirements apply. This does not remove your rights if a product is defective or incorrectly supplied.
8. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email info@levantfashions.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where relevant. We will review the matter and explain the available solution.
